Game Play Art Exhibit @ the Http Gallery

Hi there, this it my first posting on Metroblogging London.

I have been playing computer games for half my life and as I get a bit older my interests have moved more into things like Cinema and Art. But how about when art gets combined with computer games?

Game Play at the HTTP gallery

I love the idea of people playing games and discussing them in shared spaces like galleries and not just a solo experience on one’s game console late at night.

The exhibit starts next week on July 22nd and runs until September 10th.

HTTP, London
Unit A2, Arena Business Centre,
71 Ashfield Rd, London N4 1NY

I should mention that I used to make computer games and I after many years elsewhere in the new media world, I am making a return to making games amongst other things.
