Sunday in Hyde Park
I spent the afternoon with a friend and we strolled around Hyde Park.
We went for a ride on the solar powered boat on the Serpentine. It only started operating this week. How many people have been on a vehicle that is entirely run on solar power? Apparently, the excess energy is sold back to the national grid.
We had a look at the Serpentine Gallery and the pavillion. The pavillion is temporary structure and will only be there for a few months. We also took in the exhibit of photos by Thomas Demand.
And there was a few geese about. Aren’t those gooslings just cute.
A very hot and mellow day at the same time.
