Barbeque Time!

2006 is the UK’s Year of the Barbi! Not the plastic lady, but the flaming meat cooker.

If you don’t have the garden assets for your own BBQ, you could always hit the nearest public park…although stay away from the royal parks (Bushy Park, Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Regent’s Park (with Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James’s Park), which have banned barbeques.

    Do you know of any parks in London that do actually allow BBQ-ing?

    I second that - there are no parks in London that allow a BBQ!!!
