Not the food, but the ordering system. The trick with this Asian fusion place is all ordering is done through “touch screen” tables. Nerds will note this isn’t an actual touch screen but rather an overhead projection and a trackpad, but it was cool none the less to scroll through the menu items and order food and drinks without ever talking to an employee. Additional the table provides games you can play (we played battleship!) and a cam in the kitchen, as well as a map of the area in case you need something to do after you eat. Definitely a fun place to grab dinner at least once.

In case you either have no plans already, or have plans you are looking for an excuse to get out of, or have awesome plans that you want to scrap and take the chance on something even awesomer, then you should come join us at The Eagle tonight for a London Metblogs get together. There will be drinks, and drinks, and also drinks. If you are on Facebook, you can RSVP here, if not you can do it in the comments. Or just show up, either way is cool. The Eagle is located at 2 Sheperdess Walk N1 near the Old Street tube station [map]. I flew all the way from Los Angeles for this* so you know it’s going to be at least slightly interesting. See you there!

(* Other events may or may not have been invovled)
